Refurbishment, Extension & Fit Out of former Ulster Bank Building to Wicklow Library & Archive
The work on this Project involved Demolition Works, Extension and Refurbishment, new External Façade, upgrading of the Buildings Fire & DAC Regulations, full Mechanical & Electrical fit out, Refurbishment of the old lift and the Installation of a new Lift and Atrium, new Windows & Doors.
The Interior Fit Out was quite extensive including Internal Division Glazing, Library Shelving, mobile Book Shelving, Display Cases, Toybox, Archive filing, Office Furniture, Bespoke Seating, Bespoke Internal Doors and Ironmongery, Sanitary Fittings to include Adult Hoist and Changing Table.
The Project was carried out on a busy urban/retail environment and through the COVID-19 pandemic. The Project was completed on Budget and most importantly resulted in a vibrant Library for the Community which, the Client was very pleased with.
